Simon has more than 20 years of experience as a CEO & founder of high growth technology services companies. He was CEO & Founder of Inspired Thinking Group, a provider of marketing services & technology, which he grew from startup to a global business generating £125m revenue, £24m EBITDA and with 1,350 employees. He led the business through four private equity buyouts with Livingbridge, Bridgepoint Development Capital, Equistone, and Bridgepoint. He is also Chair of two other private equity backed technology services companies, Jungle Creations and Visualsoft.
